Ginger Water is The Healthiest Drink That Can Help You Burn Fat From The Waist, Back, And Thighs

Ginger water is one of those wonderful natural remedies people have been using for many years.

It is a favourite ingredient, especially in the Indian and Asian cooking, and has also been used for thousands of years for healing purposes, due to its powerful medicinal properties.

3.6 g of dietary fibre
3.57 g of protein
0 g of sugar
14 mg of sodium
1.15 g of iron
7.7 mg of vitamin C
33 mg of potassium
Other nutrients found in ginger in ginger are:

Here is how to prepare Ginger Water Drink

Ingredients:

One ginger root (cut in thin slices)
1.5 litres of water
Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:

Boil the water, add the ginger, and leave it to boil for 13 minutes. Remove it from heat and let it cool down, and then strain it. Drink a glass of ginger water in the morning, before eating, and in the evening, before your dinner.
