-Raw organic honey
-Olive oil
-Flour
Also, you will need adhesive tape, gauze and napkins.
How to apply the honey wrap?
Mix the flour in your honey until unified.
Sprinkle in some olive oil, and add the grated/powdered ginger. Mix again.
Apply the dough on a napkin and wrap the gauze around it.
Lastly, use adhesive tape to secure it on your back or chest.
