Sleep deprivation side-effects can impact our health in a very serious manner. Memory loss, dizziness, confusion, depression, aggressive behaviour, anxiety, hallucinations and thoughts of suicide are just some of the issues that people with insomnia deal every day.
What many people don’t know is that instead of a sleeping pills such as Ambien, there are much less invasive solutions that are cheaper and healthier for our body.
Bananas are a full with magnesium which is the world’s most potent relaxation and sleep prompting mineral. Bananas and their skin contain potassium as well which by working together promote muscle relaxation and prevent sleep deprivation. It is important to note that a high number of Americans suffer from low level of magnesium.

Banana Tea
1. Cut the ends of an one banana (make sure it’s organic to avoid the chemicals)
2. Slice it into three or four pieces
3. Add the pieces, with the banana peel, into a boiling water
4. Boil it for 10 minutes
5. Strain the content of the pot
6. Add cinnamon in powder (optional)
7. Drink before going to sleep
8. You can also eat the boiled banana chunks (optional)
9. Sleep restfully!
We have tried this, and it works! If you are usually waking up few times a night, after trying this remedy you will sleep straight to the morning. You will wake up wide-eyed, rested and with no pain in my back or neck!
