Undoubtedly one of the most gifted flowers around the world, roses are definitely the ultimate romantic gesture. However, their short life span is indeed a well-known problem that makes us all sad :(.
Recently the internet was introduced to a new variety that looks just like roses but stays and looks fresh for a lot longer.
The succulent plant or Greenovia dodrantalis in latin, is also known as the mountain rose. It originates from the Canary Islands and prefers warm and sunny water with minimal watering.
A full-grown Greenovia dodrantalis can reach up to about six inches in height. To propagate, just snip off the smaller plants and place then into a separate container.
The blue-green succulents have been around for a very long time, yet the pink variety is quite rare and is very hard to find.
Have you every seen one of these beautiful mountain roses?
