Detox foot pads, first used in Japan, are stick-on pads attached to the soles of our feet before going to sleep and help with eliminating all the toxins in our body during the night.
The effects of detox foot pads are almost instantaneous, as the next morning when you take off the pads, you will notice the bad toxins discarded and darkened the pads. Further, their purpose is to relieve joint pain, lessens fatigue and leads to fewer headaches.
Although ready-made pads are widely available, you can also make your detox foot pads at home by following the instructions below:
What you need:
-Self-stick gauze pads
First, finely dice the onion and the garlic, and placed them aside.
Boil the water in a kettle. Next, Combine the finely sliced garlic and onions in the boiling water and let it simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Later, after cooling the water for around 30 min, pour it in the center of the self-stick gauze pads. If you have used too much liquid, squeeze the excess out from the pads.
Patch the self-stick gauze pad at the center on the soles of the feet. Lastly, put the socks on to secure the pads from falling off.
