Cinnamon is a well-known spice rich in essential oils, that can eliminate bacteria from our tongue and throat. Parsley and spinach eliminate the bacteria in our digestive system, and citric acid neutralises the rest of the food.
When combined with honey, these ingredients create a perfect fighting tool against bad breath.
How to prepare it:
Wash the spinach and the parsley thoroughly, and then blended it together. Add the water and the lemon juice, and finish up with cinnamon and honey.
You can store this drink into your fridge for up to three days while consuming it in the morning before your meals.
