How to Make a Tea That Fights Cellulite Naturally

March 21, 2019 By Mike Thurstone

As we grow older, our body starts to get tired of fighting the outside forces of what we eat and do and slowly but surely almost every man or a woman begins to develop cellulite.

This fatty build up under the skin can be caused by different factors such as genetic predisposition, hormonal imbalances, poor eating habits, and an inactive lifestyle.

Cellulite can make your skin look like the skin of an orange and become an aesthetic issue because it causes your skin to appear wavy and dimply.

Luckily, there are natural alternatives that can help you significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite when paired with regular exercise and good eating habits.

Continue reading to find out the two plants that are great for anyone dealing with cellulite issues.

Artichoke has diuretic characteristics that can help combat water retention, one of the leading causes of cellulite. Besides, this plant can also aid in weight loss by reducing our intestines’ ability to absorb lipids.

Same the artichoke, horsetail also has diuretic characteristics, as well as antioxidant features that detoxify your body.

Horsetail is excellent for anyone who has cellulite because it enhances your body’s lymphatic and circulatory functions, which helps reduce unwanted fat.

To get the full benefits from it, the best thing to do is drink artichoke and horsetail tea.

This tea will help your body get rid of stored toxins, reduce fat and promote skin elasticity.

Here ís what you need:

One artichoke;
2 cups of water;
Two tablespoons horsetail;
One teaspoon of lemon juice.

How to prepare:

Chop the artichoke into pieces and boil it.
Once the water starts boiling reduce the heat and add the horsetail.
Let it simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
Remove the mixture and let it cool for 15 minutes. After that, strain it and add the lemon juice.

To reap the full benefits of this recipe, drink this tea for two weeks, twice a day. After the two weeks are up, stop for one week and then start back up again.
