If you are one of the thousands of people that have a bit of extra skin on your chin, dont worry, you are not alone. It is certainly a self-conscious issue for many and can impact your confidence in many ways.
Fortunately though, there are many exercises that you can do, to help you get rid of the skin and get your confidence back!
To get rid of the double chin, do the following exercises:
1. Jaw Thrust
Tilt your head to one side and hold your jaw out slightly. Hold this position for a couple of seconds and then relax your jaw. Next, repeat the same exercise and now turn your head on the other side.
2. Nose Touch
Place a finger under your chin so that you can sense contracting your muscles. Stick out your tongue and attempt to touch the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise for 1-2 minutes.
3. Mouth Stretch
With your mouth open as wide as you can, start slowly closing your mouth while pushing your jaw out at the same time. Allow your jaw and mouth to relax before repeating a few more times.
