How to make a ginger tea:
What you need:
-Two cups of water
-One piece of ginger
-1-2 slices of lemon
Boil the water and than add the pieces of ginger into it. After 2 min, add the lemon slices too. Lower the heat, and leave it to simmer for 10 minutes. Lastly, filter the tea, and leave it to cool.
To greatly improve your health, drink up to three cups of ginger tea a day!
