Natural Remedies for High Blood Pressure

Main causes for death in the USA and reason for the enormous amount of patients with heart disease is the bad food that people consume.

Extremely large amount of salt, unhealthy fats and hidden sugar trigger are the root cause of many dangerous diseases.

To stay health one should consider being physically active, maintaining a healthy weight and most importantly always keep an eye on cholesterol and blood pressure.

Needless to say, one should start avoiding alcohol and stop smoking.

The following recipe will keep you healthy and will make significant changes to your overall health:

Ingredients:

One clove of minced garlic;
1/2 lemon juice;
1/2 tablespoons of grated ginger;
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar;
One tablespoon of organic honey.
Preparation:

Blend the ingredients into a smooth mixture. Place it in a jar and store it in the refrigerator.

Consume small doses hrough the day, before the meals. Add a bit of water if you have problem swallowing it or simply add it to your favorite drink.

Garlic

Garlic is one of the most useful and versitile vegetable ever. It blocks atherosclerosis, reduces triglycerides, cholesterol and blood sugar.

Ginger

This root vegetable helps in lowering triglycerides and cholesterol, and it is even more useful to those people who are dealing with diabetes, nephritic syndrome, alcoholism and hypothyroidism.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar decreases triglycerides and cholesterol. Balances the blood sugar and the insulin and it is great addition for people with type 2 diabetes.

Honey

Honey consumed regularly will prevent the accumulation of cholesterol in the blood vessels.

Foods rich in natural fats, avoiding processed meals and keeping active is simple yet very hard statement for many to grasp.
