The 3 Day Soup Cleanse Challenge – Eat as Much Soup as You Want And Fight Inflammation, Belly Fat And Disease

To promote the function of the body, you need to conduct an occasional cleanse to get rid of all the stored toxins. This cleansing process restores the body, clears the skin, and rejuvenates your look.

Detoxifying the body using natural juices is a reliable way to clean the system, and promote overall health. Detoxification will provide the body with the necessary minerals and vitamins, support the immune system, and stimulate the digestive process.

Make sure you only use organic products. Vegetable juices help with detoxification of our body and enhance the function of our liver, gut, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, and skin. Vegetables are packed with, so they promote weight loss, regulate blood sugar levels, and energise our body.

Conducting a 1 to 3 days soup cleanse will prevent diseases, fight inflammation, rejuvenate and clear your skin, and strengthen the immunity. Usually, you should consume around 5-6 portions a day.

The following is a plan to prepare a healthy three-day soup cleanse:

Make a vegetable, miso, or bone broth, and add healing ingredients like garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, or cumin. Next, add greens – leeks, zucchini, kale, spinach, or starchy vegetables like beets, plantain, sweet potato, butternut squash, acorn squash, and parsnips.

To boost the protein intake add some lentils, nuts, or beans, and you can also add olive oil, grape seed oil, ghee, or avocado seed oil. Next, blend all the ingredients.

As an addition Healthy Food House have included the recipes of four detox soups you can prepare:

Red Lentil Detox Soup

Ingredients:

½ cup red lentils, rinsed
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon paprika
4.5 cups bone or vegetable broth
¼ cup coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
One small white onion, chopped
Two large carrots, peeled and chopped
Two large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
One apple, peeled and chopped
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and minced
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat up the oil on medium heat, than add the carrots, onion, sweet potatoes, and apples. Cook for 10 minutes, until it becomes crystallised. Next, add the paprika, cumin, lentils, ginger, chilli powder, and
broth to the pot, boil it and let it to simmer for 30 minutes. Lastly, blend the soup until thickens. Season it and enjoy!

Broccoli Detox Soup

Ingredients:

2.5 cups broccoli florets
Three celery stalks, finely diced
Two carrots, peeled and finely chopped
2 cups vegetable or bone broth
One onion, finely diced
1 cup kale or spinach
Juice of ½ lemon
Two tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoon of rock salt

Instructions:

Warm up the coconut oil, add the celery, broccoli, and onion, and cook for five minutes. Add broth, bring it to boil, and leave it to simmer for five minutes. Next, blend until thickens.

Carrot Ginger Detox Soup Recipe

Ingredients

6 cups bone or vegetable broth
2 pounds carrots, chopped
Two onions, peeled and chopped
Two tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
Three tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
Three garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
Add sea salt, black pepper and onion (powdered) to taste

Instructions:

Combine the garlic, carrots, broth, and ginger in a pan. Cook until starts boiling, and let it simmer. Next, sauté the onions in a pan, add ghee and stir untilcaramelizes. After, blend it with the onions, and add coconut milk and seasonings.

Cleansing detox soup

Ingredients:

— 1/4 cup water (or vegetable broth)
— 3 medium carrots, diced
— 1 small head of broccoli, florets
— 1 cup chopped tomatoes
— 2 cloves garlic, minced
— 3 celery stalks, diced
— 1/2 of a red onion, diced
— 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
— 1 cup purple cabbage, chopped
— juice from 1/2 of a small lemon
— 6 cups water (or 4 cups vegetable broth + 2 cups water)
— 2 cups kale, de-stemmed and torn in pieces
— 1 teaspoon turmeric
— 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
— fine-grain sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Add water in a large pot, and heat it up. Next, add garlic and onion. Cook for 2 minutes and than add the carrots, broccoli, celery, tomatoes and fresh ginger. Mix and cook for another 3 minutes, and season with pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and turmeric for taste. Then, add in the water or vegetable broth, bring it to boil, and let it simmer for good 15 minutes. Lastly, add lemon juice, cabbage, and kale, in the last few minutes of cooking.
