The consumption of food filled with chemicals, preservatives, artificial color and flavor, can create a build up of toxins in our stomach leading to digestion issues and constipation. Instead, consume organic food, drink plenty of water and limit alcohol consumption.
Excess body odor.
You are a ‘clean freak’, and even after a long shower, you find yourself smelling strange. You guessed it: accumulated toxins in your body are making you stinky. When an excess amount of chemicals are accumulated, our body tries to sweat out the toxins; hence, the BO smell.

Toxins buildup can adversely impact the production of certain hormones, including those responsible for weighg control. Consider switching your diet to organic, unprocessed foods.
Bad breath
In most cases, having bad breath means a digestive issue. It happens when our body struggles to digest all the food we consume. However, sometimes bad breath can be caused when our liver struggles to cleanse all the accumulated toxins in our body.
Hair loss
Losing hair is not a symptom of everyday toxins accumulated in our body. Instead its a much more serious issue caused by harsher toxins such as lead or arsenic among others, and if you experience unnatural hair loss symptoms, please visit your doctor as soon as possible!
