What Is the Best Herbal Tea to Fight Insomnia

Tea is a great way to help you relax and fall asleep if you are suffering from insomnia. There are many different types of tea that can help you relax and fall asleep, such as chamomile tea, lavender tea, or valerian tea. You can also try drinking a cup of warm milk before bedtime. Here is a recipe for a tea that will help you sleep better:

Ingredients:

– 1 cup of water

– 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers

– 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers

– honey (optional)

Water is self-explanatory. Tea is usually made with boiling water, so you need to place 1 cup of water in a pot or tea kettle and bring it to a boil. You can opt to take cold water if that’s what works for you, though personally I find hot tea more relaxing. Once the water has reached its boiling point, add the chamomile and lavender flowers. Cover the pot or kettle and let it steep for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes have passed, strain the tea and add honey if you like. Drink your tea while it is still hot, and enjoy!
